We’re looking for a Senior Organizational Development Consultant to join our growing team!
As a Senior Organiational Development Consultant reporting to the Director, Organizational Development, your work will have a big impact on our Talent Management Team.
You will lead the development, design and delivery of Employee Engagement, our Employee Promise as well as other organizational development initiatives aligned to Intact’s strategic priorities.
Here are a few ways you'll make a difference :
Contribute to the development of Intact’s strategic people priorities including Intact’s Employee Promise, Performance Management and Engagement initiatives.
Take the lead on the development of resulting programs and initiatives.
Provide internal consulting to Human Resources on organizational development and engagement related initiatives, tools, projects, programs and practices.
Take the lead on Intact’s Employee Engagement and Performance Management cycle and deliverables.
Collaborate and partner with others in HR and our stakeholders to develop tools to support Intact’s priorities to be a Best Employer and a Destination for Top Talent and Experts.
Build / develop the final outcomes and quarterly presentations that will be delivered to the Executive Committee and the HR Committee of the Board.
Benchmark best practices, gather and analyze organizational metrics to identify opportunities for strengthening engagement, performance and the employee value proposition across Intact.
Liaise with external organizations on best practices and recommend new programs and initiatives.
Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of organizational development and change management strategies and techniques.
What you bring to the role :
Ability to use organizational development approaches to foster great business outcomes
Specialized knowledge in Engagement and OD principles and best practices
Experience in managing change; clear understanding of the practical as well as the cultural implications of transformation
Collaborative and inclusive mindset
Ability to work at a quick pace with precision
Excellent and clear communication skills; ability to develop and deliver presentations for all audiences from Employees to Executive and Board level
Your Skills :
Business Administration and / or Masters in Human Resources / Industrial Relations / Organizational Development preferred
5-7 years of HR and / or Organizational Development experience
Advanced capabilities in Powerpoint and Excel
Analytical skills and facility in using Excel to gather data for analysis
Ability to speak French is an asset
