Identify and drive quality initiatives specific to a region Drive improvement in quality KPIs and review KPI performance with regional team,
Promote quality culture and behavior through communication and training programs.
Develop team members.
Day to day execution of Integrated Management Systems, CAPA systems (e.g., CCMS, SCMS, A&R DB) and QC testing.
Communicate with external parties including customers and suppliers.
Enforce IMS maintenance for ISO 9001 and others.
Lead the day to day operation of quality processes for a group of manufacturing sites. Member of Network Management Team.
Member of Regional Quality Management Team.
Implement Regional and Global processes / standards in the Network Escalate critical issues to Regional Quality Head.
Identify systemic issues across the Network and drive to resolution Lead a team of quality professionals in the sites.
10+ years' experience with 5+ years in Quality as well as 5+ years' experience in electronics, aerospace, and / or automotive
FMEA, Control Plan, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action, Six Sigma, IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 9001, 5Why, 8D, A3
Demonstrated success in strategic leadership with problem resolution teams.
Effective interpersonal skills; able to negotiate and influence.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary, as well as great attention to detail.
Able to discuss topics at all levels (production floor to executives)
Experience using SAP a plus
