Job Description...............

  • Conduct problem analysis, problem reproduction, and work with vendors on resolution of technical issues to ensure timely delivery of funded projects
  • Lead Incident / Problems investigations of complex engineering level issues with customer provided equipment including issues with provisioning, functional, performance and security
  • Leverage internal ops tools and dashboards to analyse individual customer issues
  • SMP, TechInsight, xRay, splunk / powerBi dashboards
  • Knowledge of wireless network equipment and roadmaps, including Wi-Fi routers, Wi-Fi mesh networks, access points and range extenders
  • Knowledge of wireless radio technologies, fibre access technologies, wireless protocols and standards
  • Experience with Wi-Fi testing, test tools and diagnostics
  • Knowledge of Smart Device ecosystem like Amazon Echo, Google Home , Smart Lights
  • device certification tools and platforms (e.g. Octoscope, Ixia, etc.)
