Must have outgoing, friendly personality and a cheerful accommodating disposition. Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
High school diploma or equivalency required. Previous customer service experience required. Must possess excellent communication skills.
Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively and interact well with the customers and employees. Must have the ability to resolve problems / conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
Must be able to stand, walk and move through all areas of the casino. Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, use fingers / hands for lifting and grasping.
Must be able to perform repetitive motions. Must be able to talk to and hear customers / co-workers. Must be able to assist with special needs of customers.
Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity. Subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
