As part of the energetic and fast paced Ticket Sales and Service team, you will lend support with day to day administrative duties including written correspondence, verbal communications, filing and calendar management.
Your primary responsibilities will be to provide administrative support to the Vice President, Ticket Sales and Service.

Provides confidential administrative and office management support to the Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service, including power point presentations, generating reports, updating customer records, faxing, photocopying, courier and phone inquiries
Provide administrative assistance including power point presentations, generating reports, updating customer records, faxing, photocopying, courier and phone inquiries
Sort and coordinate all incoming written and verbal communications
Assist customers with general inquiries, follow-up with customers as required via e-mail or phone. High level of customer service required
Compose all written correspondence in a timely manner; proofread all written materials before presentation.
Book all travel arrangements and accommodations as necessary
Book boardrooms, organize F&B and arrangements for meetings, ensuring equipment and materials are set up, as required
Assist with the planning and execution of department events as necessary. Requires weekend and evening hours on occasion
Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times, maintain confidentiality, and take pride in the organization, its people and the role
Provide support to the Sales and Service Directors as required
Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested
2+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting an Executive or senior leader
Sound business judgment, including the ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential information
Ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels
Professional temperament, including the ability to remain calm under difficult circumstances
Solid team player with a strong customer service focus
Superior organizational and administrative skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong editing and proofing abilities
Proven time management skills, with an ability to effectively establish and execute priorities in a dynamic and changing environment
Extensive digital acumen, including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
