We’re looking for a results-oriented professional with experience in managing payroll teams and implementing processes with a top payroll firm.
Ideally, you are a certified Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) and enjoy working with customers and coaching a team.
You’re an experienced implementations manager with a proven ability to create strong programs to drive the customer adoption lifecycle for both large and small organizations.
You’re experienced in the day to day management of overall project operations during the implementation phase of the project, identifying barriers, and providing resolutions and solutions through customer education and coordination.
This important high visibility role is critical to our ongoing success. Here’s what you’ll be doing You’ll be responsible for hiring and performance managing a very high-
performing team. You’ll create an environment of learning, identify goals, establish work plans, and provide coaching and timely feedback.
With a large and growing team, you’ll continually coach and develop the Implementation team and help them reach new heights, while ensuring the client’s first experience interacting with the Rise platform is world-
class. You’ll partner with the Sales organization for a successful onboarding. You’ll drive the onboarding strategy and work with your team from kick off to implementation, preparing statements of work that clearly specify project goals, scope, approach, work, deliverables, responsibilities, schedules, success criteria, risks and assumptions.
You’ll support project activities, manage change and conflict, and develop resource planning estimates to support any project workload and productivity.
And you’ll communicate updates on implementations in progress to key stakeholders, including sales and management, and identify key risks and areas for management intervention.
With your extensive expertise, you’ll develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and on time delivery.
You’ll partner with Sales, Client Services, Product, Support and Marketing to create a consistent customer journey that drives positive customer onboarding satisfaction, referrals, and account growth.
You’ll continuously monitor client onboarding for process improvement opportunities and use data to track performance, forecast services delivered, and create customer insights.
You’ll also build and refine processes that ensure success of projects while maintaining a customer service focus.
