Top Hat is looking for an M&A Integration Project Manager to manage the integration of partnered and acquired companies into the Top Hat ecosystem.
Reporting to the VP Business Operations, you will be integral to Top Hat’s growth as it becomes the dominant player in the multi-billion dollar education and publishing industries.
As we bring on more partners and acquire more companies, you will play the key role of integration project manager. You won’t need to be the in-house Salesforce expert (we got one, she’s awesome), but you will provide her with the immediate business requirements and longer-term roadmaps as you manage the integration of the soon-to-be-not-so-disparate systems, processes & people.
Some knowledge of Salesforce, either as a sales user, Trailhead explorer (the boss is an Expeditioner!), or certified Salesforce consultant, is helpful.
You’ll be one of the first members of our growing mergers, acquisitions & integrations group and will get the chance to work with systems & business partners located across North America.
A little more about you :
You will :
Manage the Salesforce requirements of partnered and acquired companies to ensure alignment with Top Hat’s Salesforce ecosystem
Act as a subject matter expert on the systems integration for newly acquired and partnered companies
Coordinate with internal teams to develop documentation on rules of engagement and systems integration
Help train sales folks on key process information, deadlines, and systems / tools
Project manage the overall integration, while managing the requirements and demands of executive leadership
invent and build this function for Top Hat from the ground up
About you :
You have 5-7 years of operations & systems experience, ideally including experience in a quota carrying role
You have working knowledge of Salesforce, either as a user or administrator; or have completed a Salesforce certification
You have managed projects through to completion before, including gathering various stakeholder requirements and combining them all into a unified, cohesive visionYou can create and manage a project timeline
You have experience taking charge and solving complex problems with minimal guidance
You have experience working in a start-up or rapid-growth environment where you built stuff / developed systems & processes
Experience within the SaaS space is an asset
