Responsibilities :

Our client is a leading software solutions company.

1) Drive new business by establishing key relationships

2) Collaborate with peers to develop best practices, winning strategies and sustained success

3) Work with a team of service professionals to help align resources with the client base

4) Manage company provided accounts and lead and utilize online and offline sources to cultivate new leads and develop / maintain pipeline

5) Develop pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities

6) Drive the full sales cycle to retain and attain new business

7) Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals

8) Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target prospects

9) Build relationships at all levels within organizations

10) Develop individual account strategies to effectively penetrate accounts

Requirements :

1) Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in successful software sales and / or large account strategic sales experience

2) Minimum 1.5+ years of strategic (non-commodity) B2B sales experience, SaaS a plus

3) Sales experience in the eLearning, security & compliance, IT and / or complex solution software sales industries

4) Basic understanding of technology systems, internet applications and CRM systems

5) Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

6) Strong decision making, problem solving and negotiation skills
