The Customer Service Representative ensures that customer orders are prepared, processed and accurate. He / she also ensures that the customer's inventory levels are adequate and accurate.

He / she will participate in great communication between office and warehouse staff.   • Principal Accountabilities :

    Principal Accountabilities

  • Prepare and process shipping / receiving paperwork
  • Prepare orders for warehouse personnel
  • Develop and maintain liaison with customers, suppliers and colleagues
  • Maintain inbound schedule and communicate with carriers when necessary
  • Monitor customer's inventories to ensure accuracy and that orders can be filled
  • Reconcile daily transactions and complete accurate data entry of daily / monthly reports
  • Audit outbound loads prior to shipping
  • Order supplies and other general office duties
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager
