We currently have an excellent Customer Service Coordinator role for one of our clients in the Saint-Laurent area. It’s a full-
time permanent position offering a salary of $38K to $45K and excellent benefits.
Job description :
Take orders and work directly with clients
Provide information about products
Perform follow-ups with clients regarding product availability, order status, shipping, logistics matters and any other information
Coordinate with internal clients to manage customers' requests
Follow up on back order report with production
Advise customers or account manager about any delay on orders
Perform other related tasks as required
At least 5 years of experience in customer service with a more complex role involving full cycle (manufacturing environment)
Fluency in English and French with very good communication skills in both languages
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to effectively manage client relationships
Strong computer skills in Word and Excel
