The CSE Reliability Strategy team is a primary contributor to reliability initiatives across TELUS. The scope of our work includes strategic and tactical projects designed to improve job quality, provide analytical insight into factors impacting reliability, and ensure excellence in the introduction of new products, services and processes.

As a Business Consultant you will play a key role,
Identifying top opportunities to improve reliability with a focus on frontline operations
Developing business cases required to support transformational projects and programs
Structuring and executing programs, including planning and coordinating individual projects, to successfully deliver intended business outcomes
Analyzing and solving business problems by developing insightful and practical solutions to complex or unstructured challenges and opportunities
Leading, mentoring, and developing business and technical team members engaged on your portfolio
Your expertise will help us drive innovation and continuous improvement in the reliability of all TELUS home solutions, Optik TV, internet, home phone and SmartHome Security.
In doing so you will help transform the cost to serve our customers, reduce customer effort and improve frontline team member experience.
You have a strong understanding of how to leverage business analysis in the assessment and prioritization of initiatives to deliver desired outcomes with a focus on digitization, automation and improving frontline operations
You work effectively in demanding environments while handling multiple tasks, prioritizing activities, and meeting deadlines
You promote innovation and create a passionate and focused environment open to new thoughts and ideas
As a senior member of the team you lead and mentor team members
You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical problem solving skills
Ability to operate with high degree of autonomy
Excited to work in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and ability to facilitate stakeholder alignment, solve problems, and motivate team to deliver objectives and drive operational outcomes
Strong knowledge of project and change management
Proficiency in creation and delivery of presentations and ability to organize information logically and succinctly
Minimum 3 years of managing cross functional performance improvement projects of large scale and / or complexity

Operational improvement experience at TELUS
Experience with JIRA, ASANA or similar management tools
