We are looking for a Business Development Professional to join our team in the role of Account Director .
The candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new business opportunities and building relationships with great companies.
Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their talent challenges and needs.
Prepare and deliver solutions and proposals for talent solutions for potential clients
Build relationships and collaborate with the Talencity team and our clients
Participate on behalf of Talencity in events and / or conferences.
Your experience you bring to the team will include :
Proven experience as a business development professional or relevant role.
Excellent communication skills and strong proficiency in English.
Prior experience in selling professional services in a B2B environment
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Fast learning speed and a passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
