Responsibilities

  • Be the primary support contact for one or more EA games, ensuring that all support needs are positively resolved and recurring pain points are identified and tracked
  • Work with partner teams to promote best practices, knowledge sharing, and self-sufficiency
  • Create feedback loops between Frostbite and our partners to raise the quality bar of the engine
  • Collaborate with Frostbite's Content and Learning teams to improve documentation based on partner pain points
  • Establish and track goals. Analyze and use data to measure the effectiveness and make informed decisions
  • Required Experience

  • 5+ years of QA testing experience
  • Experience developing relationships with senior partners from technical and creative teams
  • Understanding of game development processes
  • Experience assessing priorities and risks for multiple concurrent projects
  • Proficiency in development planning and defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira)
  • Bonus

  • Experience in customer or technical support roles
  • Experience with game engines
  • Basic proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics
  • Understanding of version control, build systems, continuous integration, unit tests, automated functional tests, and testing frameworks
