About the role

We are currently seeking a Coordinator for our Talent Acquisition team!

Your role, critical to the team’s success, will be to provide ongoing administrative and transactional support to recruitment team consultants, as well as to implement best practices and apply human resources policies.

Workplace : Montreal (2020, Blvd. Robert-Bourassa) or Anjou (7101 Jean-Talon St. East),

What you’ll do here :

  • Coordinate the administrative activities of the talent acquisition process with the objective of promoting the service agreement.
  • Implement communication tools aligned with Intact values among candidates.
  • Input data and take necessary actions with agility in the HR management system, such as job openings, postings, in-person and telephone interviews, reference checks, letters of offer, etc.
  • Coordinate the organization of activities that add value to the team’s initiatives.
  • Provide dynamic support to internal partners to support and facilitate the work of the recruitment team on a daily basis.
  • Qualifications

    What you bring to the table :

  • College or university degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-moving company.
  • Discipline, thoroughness and attention to detail.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Discretion, diplomacy, resourcefulness and initiative.
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
  • Strong ability to adapt.
  • Communication skills and customer focus.
  • Advanced knowledge of systems (human resources management systems (HRMS)), social media, Microsoft Office suite and particularly Excel.
  • Bilingual English and French
