The challenge

The Adobe Advertising Cloud team is looking for dynamic individuals who want to be a part of developing client solutions and experiences that change the economics of online marketing.

The position is based in Toronto with a culture that is fair, friendly, involved, respectful, and with a high focus on teamwork.

The Ad Cloud Account Manager is responsible for campaign operations and day-to-day management and optimization of our clients' paid search, biddable display and Facebook programs, with the main goal of driving our clients' business / ROI goals.

The Account Manager should be a leader, forward-thinking, analytical, creative, detail-oriented and a team-player.

What you'll do

Ability to learn, work in and speak to the Adobe Advertising Cloud technology within the first three months of employment.

Will acquire Advertising Cloud certification during this time.

Accountable for regular client contact via email / phone and in-person, answering questions, setting direction, reviewing performance, leading calls and making recommendations.

Compile client reports with >

95% accuracy. Proven ability to review own work for accuracy and demonstrate ability to speak to analysis.

Evaluate detailed campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve based upon identified client KPI’s

Utilize a plan for each managed service client to ensure continual progress on account(s). Delegate tasks appropriately.

Ensure client goals are being met.

What you need to succeed

  • BA / BS required
  • 1-3 years’ client services experience managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel (e.g. pivot tables and v-lookups) and PowerPoint a must
  • Experience in quantitative analysis of marketing results
  • Team player who is highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, analytical and creative
  • Capable of handling multiple ad-hoc requests
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven history of self-direction and ability to meet deadlines through solid time management
  • Background in Performance Display Advertising (including Video) a plus
  • Experience working with third party technologies, a plus
