The Role :

  • Provides strategic direction, business planning, and implements measures to ensure success of residential HVAC program.
  • Direct a sales team of Home Comfort Advisors and ensure they are meeting and exceeding their individual and team objectives.
  • Accountable for managing the sales budget including profit and loss accountability.
  • Responsible for the identification of recruitment needs and managing the full cycle of sourcing, interviewing and hiring activities.
  • Direction and motivation of a high performing sales team through effective training and coaching.
  • Partner with Service Operations and Installation Teams to maximize opportunities for the service technicians and installers.
  • Contribute with the development and implementation of effective sales processes for the organization.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales / rental training.
  • Responsible for developing and executing a local market plan to drive organic lead generation.
  • Responsible for identifying and developing growth strategies to launch in new geographical territories.
  • The Ideal Candidate :

  • Business degree or equivalent working experience.
  • 5-7 years of sales and coaching leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership, training and motivation skills.
  • Strong influence and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Possess innovative market development skills.
  • Results-oriented; high capacity to achieve high level of individual performance and team performance by focusing on targets and objectives.
  • Flexibility and adaptability; high capacity to work in and lead an evolving organization; establishing new processes, etc.
  • Relationship building; strong ability to develop new and effective relationships with internal and external contacts.
  • Integrity and customer focus; experience with interacting with both internal and external customers.
  • Compensation :

  • A generous compensation plan - Base Pay (between $85,000-100,000) + Bonus + Commission.
