Waste Connections of Canada the leader in non-hazardous solid waste management in North America, has an immediate opening for a General Labour / DZ Driver for our Maintenance shop in Toronto , ON.

The General Labourer / DZ Driver is an entry level position used primarily for retrieving and delivering trucks from point A to point B as well as completing general labourer duties such as litter collection from the facility grounds outdoors, general shop cleaning and floor sweeping, restocking of supplies, general errands, parts sourcing and truck washing (interior and exterior).

Training for this individual will be provided along with establishing the company safety culture, housekeeping and team expectations.

Location : 650 Creditstone Road Vaughan, ON

Pay rate : $24.03 per hour

Qualifications :

DZ driver’s license

Clean CVOR and Abstract

Must have good customer service skills

Previous general labour experience is an asset
