ADP is hiring an experienced Implementation Specialist WFN Time & Attendance for our growing Comprehensive Services segment.

In this position, you'll help our clients leverage ADP's exceptional business solutions so they can focus on what matters most to them -

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Responsible for quality implementation and set up of ADP's hosted TLM solution to meet client and TLM business requirements
  • Using Client Analysis documentation, clarify and confirm client requirements to ensure database programming meets the client's time and attendance requirements.
  • Installation, configuration, parallel testing, procedural reviews, adjusting of time collection devices, client training and participating in first "LIVE" processing run
  • Perform client follow up, work with the project team to maximize client satisfaction while managing tasks and deliverables to adhere to project timelines
  • Manage multiple accounts from project initiation to close by supporting clients through all phases of the implementation
  • Provide a detailed, accurate, and timely turnover file of live accounts to the Comp Svcs Service Group
  • QUALIFICATIONS

    Knowledge, experience, and skills

    Required :

  • Strong work experience in programming, mapping, configuration, reporting tools
  • Previous experience working directly with clients
  • Effective communication : verbal and written skills
  • Excellent client management, interpersonal, and Project Management skills
  • Ability to collaborate & work effectively within cross functional teams
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Preferred :

  • Project Management knowledge
  • Prior implementation experience
  • Attributes :

  • Ability to organize, schedule, and facilitate effective meetings
  • Ability to multi task, probe, analyze, and problem solve
  • Detail oriented and ability to follow-through
  • Strong organization, time management and prioritizing skills
  • EDUCATION

  • Post-secondary education or related business experience
  • PCP / CPA certification (an asset)
