The New Accounts Specialist's role is to maximize the results of Questrade’s sales cycle by positively positioning Questrade’s products and services and creating additional opportunities.
The New Accounts Specialist provides customer relationship management through the entire account opening process.
What’s it like working as a Bilingual New Accounts Specialist at Questrade?
As a New Accounts Specialist, you will interact with clients through a variety of channels such as phone, email, live chat, and face-
to-face meetings. Using your strong telephone skills (including pre-call planning), you will explain Questrade’s products and services, understand objections and facilitate the account opening process.
Needless to say, you will become an expert in the account opening process as well as Questrade’s trading platforms, products and services.
You will also be able to utilize your knowledge in stocks and options trading, securities regulations and registered accounts, including TFSAs, RRSPs and RIFs.
You will identify sales leads and refer clients as necessary plus participate in regular Sales department meetings and in the planning of sales initiatives.
You will keep up to date with Questrade’s policies and procedures and support team members when required.
