JOB DESCRIPTION Role Summary :
TheProject Management Specialist for the Canada Area will be accountable forsupporting the Canadian Project Mangers in the execution of services.
Her / hisaccountability falls into areas such as Aero repair projects forecasts,logistics and shipments of Capital Assets (Engines / Capital Parts), and FlowParts Transactions.
He / she will partner with the CAN Area leader to provideregion’s repairs forecasts, prepare shipments’ documentations, resolve customsand logistical challenges, and support parts forecasts, OTD, and financialrelated impacts.
Essential Responsibilities :
Inthis role Project Management Specialist, you will :
Representthe main interface with customer when requested
Interactwith GE tools, processes and organization in order to fulfill all Contractrequirements
Assurethat the planning and ERP tools are maintained continuously updated,
Identifyareas of improvement to protect and enhance profitability of the deal, dulytracking the relevant changes
Bea key contributor in assuring the financial performance of the contracts, ,including an participation to the Contribution Margin Review process (CMR)
CoordinateField Service, Repair Service and part delivery activities to meet Contractobligation
Coordinatethe reviewing of Customers fleets maintenance plan in the related tools
Trackand report repairs projects forecast for the overall Canada Area
Collaboratewith shops and repair networks to coordinate allocations of repair slots
Participatein weekly repairs forecasts calls with the TPS repair network to report andaddress Canada Area repair projects
Analyzedeliveries and provide financial inputs for regional QMI forecasting andcustomer fulfillment for the corresponding area.
Ensure P&T adoption, continuous operatingrhythm with CAN CSM & CPM team and COE and align with his / her team oncustomer priorities and escalation as needed
Partnerwith Area Leaders and other functions across Services organization in theregion, and with COE, to anticipate commercial or operational strategies tomeet customer contractual demands while safeguarding BHGE revenue and margin
Inagreement with the CAN team, become the focal point for all logisticalactivities including documentation - between BHGE & customers
Provideperiodic reporting on Field Service, Repair Service and part delivery to projectmanagers and to customers
Becomefamiliar with existing commercial agreements across portfolio and theimplications of delivering repairs and parts on time
SRmaterial pre-shipment setup, material tracking, import, clearing, transportation,delivery, POD transmission and filing
Qualifications / Requirements :
Bachelor’sDegree in Manufacturing, Business or related areas from an accredited collegeor university (OR High School Diploma / GED with minimum 9 years of experiencein customerservice and / or operations within Oil & Gas or Energy industry)
Minimum5 years of experience in customer service and / or operations within Oil &Gas or Energy industry
Desired Characteristics :
Knowledgeof contractual agreements and familiarity with customer base
Strongcommunicator, team player, and capable of managing several projectssimultaneously through proper prioritization and escalation
Proficiencyin Oracle and SAP
Demonstrated track record in prioritizations, planning, andability to deliver multi-projects simultaneously.
Very Strong oral, written communications skills and ability towork among remote teams
