Reporting to the Team Lead, Administration, this position provides administrative support services as they relate to planning and service work orders within well established and clearly defined policies and procedures.

Duties included, but not limited to :

  • Assist Supervisor & Planner with Factory Campaign implementation / completion and RAMP Planning as required
  • Full cycle work order maintenance including; opening work orders, collecting appropriate data and documentation from inception through to completion of the work order and file within folders, posting billable expenses to work orders, and closing work orders
  • Enter time with high level of accuracy, ensuring correct coding and premiums
  • Provide a best in class of customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues as applicable
  • Developing service reports and other documentation to support parts and service work orders and invoicing
  • Qualification

  • Office Administration Certificate, and two years of administrative experience in an operational or service setting
  • Exceptional communication skills - verifying and exchanging information with internal and external resources
  • Excellent computer skills - working with Microsoft Office and knowledge of eXtend ERP system is an asset
  • Good / excellent skills in time management, work prioritization, and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • This position is based at Gahcho Kue mine site, NT. This is a temporary role with a duration of 3 to 6 months .The work schedule will be a 14 on x 14 off schedule in a camp environment.

    Occasional travel to SMS Acheson may be required.
