BeachHead is growing and we require a seasoned Recruitment professional to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibilities include managing a thorough recruitment strategy including sourcing and searching social media networks and databases to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails and managing an effective recruitment strategy.
The Senior Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with the Recruitment Team Lead / Manager to identify the requirements of each position and will ideally have seasoned experience delivery qualified Business Professional candidates within a managed service provider background (MSP).
The Recruiter will possess excellent recruitment, negotiation, communication, time management, relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to present the client’s positions and relate them to candidate’s contractor goals.
Effectively Screen Candidates based on Job Description in a fast-paced environment
Contact applicants for new contract opportunities and network with past applicants
Proactively source and build talent hubs for contract Business Professional talent
Ask for referrals from networks for hard-to-fill roles
Engage candidates over the phone and in-person
Develop a network of potential Business Professional contract candidates and industry professionals
Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
Log candidate information and communication in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Prepare Candidates’ resume, and well as candidates’ summary / skill matrix for presentation to client
Ability to understand the expectations of the candidate, relay client’s expectations, and their effects on their interest in Client’s positions throughout the recruitment cycle
Thoroughly prepare candidates for client interviews
Meet all personal metrics outlined in Dashboard’ within the Applicant Tracking System
Acting as a BeachHead ambassador by promoting our company and our client’s values
Desired Skill-Set :
3+ years of experience as a Business Recruitment Specialist within an MSP environment
Amazing time-management skills with the love of a fast-paced work environment
Mastery of all aspects of Senior Recruitment Specialist or in a similar capacity
Proven Relationship Building Skills and ability to understand candidate’s needs and their alignment with our clients
Understanding of the market for a wide variety of roles / skillsets, rates / salaries and candidate availability
Ability to understand candidate’s needs and their alignment with our clients
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other Human Resources Management software
Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
Knowledge of Canadian labor legislation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge and resume formatting skills)
BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Ability to work independently and knows when to escalate
Ability to connect with candidates and potential candidates including headhunting’
Ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
