The main and usual role of the employee in this class of employment consists of programming or modifying in-house applications , to assume the management of networks, to perform the most complex troubleshooting with users of IT, and to assist IT analysts in the design and development of systems.

Under supervising the software development and acquisition coordinator, you will be responsible for participating in the development of new web applications and reports, in addition to providing support to our users.

  • Participate in the design of applications and reports;
  • Carry out development web applications and reports;
  • Maintain existing applications and reports;
  • Participate in the implementation and installation of software;
  • Perform unit tests ;
  • Perform releases and validation tests;
  • Assist end users;
  • Perform any other technical task compatible with your function.

    Hold a college diploma in computer technology, in particular with an IT option in management or management networks, or in computer technology with specialization appropriate to the class of employment or hold a diploma or an attestation of studies recognized as equivalent by the competent authority.

    The School Service Center of Laval however reserves the right to admit a person with training deemed equivalent. Tests may also be used so that the Service Center can check the level of practical knowledge.


  • Have relevant experience in application development in C # and ASP.NET MVC;
  • Demonstrated skills in programming and deploying SSRS / SQL reports
  • Good knowledge of ASP.NET MVC development best practices;
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript, WEB applications and WEB services;
  • Knowledge of JSON and JQUERY;
  • Good knowledge of concepts and principles of Web application architecture;
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodology (principles and practices);
  • Have a car and a valid driver's license;
  • Have passed a French test according to the pass threshold required by the Service Center .
  • SALARY : According to education and experience

    Minimum : $ 22.59 per hour Maximum : $ 30.46 per hour
