Acting as a key member of the Project Execution team, the Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the performance and execution of the customer contract on time and within budget.
The PM is expected to manage customer expectations as well as lead the internal project team in the pursuit of these objectives.
Using standard project management practices based on the PMI standards, the PM will be expected to tightly manage cost, scope, and schedule commitments within their project.
