Responsibilities :

1) Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models

2) Develop and exceed targets for new clients and revenue

3) Develop a sales strategy by working with marketing and senior management

4) Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed

5) Manage the team’s sales pipeline, forecast and budget

6) Develop, maintain and leverage strong relationships with partners and distributors

7) Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

8) Review progress of sales roles throughout the company

9) Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products

10) Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate sales price

11) Manage complex sales-cycles

Requirements :

1) Bachelor’s degree

2) Minimum 5+ years of professional B2B sales experience

3) Experience in selling design, architecture and development services

4) Proven track record for reaching sales targets

5) Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
