will include, but are not limited to :

  • Taking personal accountability to ensure driver pay, interliner payable and accounting cycle deadlines are met, ensuring invoices are processed on a daily basis.
  • Processing an average of 130 invoices and driver pays per day with attention to accuracy and speed.
  • Accurately creating, reviewing, and approving customer invoices for freight shipments and payments to owner operators, company drivers and interliners.
  • Stamping, organizing and filing invoices and driver’s paperwork as received.
  • Matching load confirmations to interliner invoices for processing.
  • Sorting bills into customer accounts for daily matching.
  • Matching and verifying invoices.
  • Scanning and indexing all bill of ladings as needed.
  • Working collaboratively with members of other departments to resolve any issues or inquiries regarding invoices, interliners and driver pay.
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Responding to owner operator, driver and interliner inquiries effectively to contribute to driver retention.
  • Communicating with owner operators, company drivers and interliners in a timely manner regarding missing or late paperwork or invoices.
  • Identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Other department duties as required.

  • Experience in verifying and matching invoices.
  • Fast and accurate keying and data entry skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Capable of handling a large volume of work.
  • Basic math skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Effective organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
