The Role :

  • Assist in the development of the annual sales plan for the territory to meet the required targets, KPIs, and strategic goals of the Company
  • Develop and implement key account plans for top clients
  • Align sales plans and activities with marketing initiatives
  • Maintain open lines of communication with the marketing team to maximize results
  • Ensure proper input and maintenance of CRM data
  • Market intelligence and business development
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Prepare sales proposals and contracts
  • The Ideal Candidate :

  • Post-secondary education or technical diploma considered an asset
  • Minimum 5 years of successful territory management in an industrial equipment setting
  • Highly self-motivated, organized and detail oriented.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and top line growth.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Preference given to those with equipment sales experience
