We are helping our client, XX Bank to look for a Mortgage Development Manager. This financial institute continues to expand in Canada and continues to deliver superior customer value to the clients.

Job Duties :
Identifying, acquiring, and developing new business opportunities related to residential lending and financing.
Build long-term profitable loan portfolio with existing clients while achievement short-term lending target to support high growth strategy.
Maintain strong relationship based selling skills, client relationship management, and networking skills.
Exercise sound credit judgment to ensure high-quality loans through sales focused strategy to generate high-quality loan proposals.
Develop strong network of referral sources by leveraging on existing networks through active involvement and participation with the business community.
Keep abreast of local business opportunity and exercise sensible judgement in acquiring new mortgage cases.
University degree / college diploma or equivalent work experience.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese an asset.
Fluency in another language an asset.
Minimum of 3 years of sales related experience, preferably in Financial Services or RealEstate Industry.
Self-motivated, self-starter with exceptional relationship management and sales skills.
Independent, self-managed professional that enjoys developing new businesses in fast-paced, competitive market.
Experience working with businesses and self-employed professionals.
Strong knowledge of the mortgage origination and home financing products an asset.
Strong knowledge in credit analysis and adjudication.
Relationship driven, strong ability to establish, maintain, and manage client relations.
Ability to consult, counsel, and support to clients personal financial needs.
Excellent team player with goal-focused mindset.
Willing to travel as needed.
Experiences and business knowledge working with individuals from China and Asia an asset.
Strong Computer skills.
