We are looking for Insurance Account Representative to work in Burlington, ON with one of the largest credit unions in North America.

Requirements

  • Life insurance license
  • OTL Property & Casualty license (must be willing to obtain)
  • Experience in marketing and selling financial products
  • Knowledge of life insurance products
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Responsibilities

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Quote new business through outbound calls, marketing initiatives and receiving walk-in clients
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers and communicate on the phone or in person.
  • Ability to hit sales quotas and targets.
  • Sales initiatives will be focused on permanent and term life insurance policies, disability insurance, critical illness insurance, and health and dental benefits
  • Keep clear and concise documentation and records
