Mandatory Requirements :

  • Must have a Min. 5 years and a strong Telephony background.
  • Must have practical experience in large VOIP Deployments
  • Strong Knowledge of Bell Total Connect
  • Familiarity with the TTC Geographical Environment
  • Knowledge of Bell Centrex and Station CM
  • Nice to Haves :

  • Proficient with MS Excel & Word
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication Skills
  • Must have knowledge in internal ticketing systems.
  • Telecommunications VoIP 5 - 7 years None
