Role and Responsibilities
As IAM Technical Architect for Sailpoint you would :
Define & Support business and technology strategy and planning by leveraging knowledge in both technical and business areas across various technologies and tools.
Communicating to clients' aspects of SailPoint IIQ at appropriate functional and technical level for the client audience.
Demonstrated ability to gather IAM solution requirements and come up with design solutions on IAM tools like SailPoint, CyberArk, RSA Archer.
Working with clients to support user acceptance testing, troubleshooting and migration to production environment
Prepare and review documentation (requirement, solution design, high level design low level design, build, release management)
Provide status reporting to Customer / TCS management on Program status, SLA's and KPI's
Ability to work with global teams, act as a liaison between the customer and TCS off-shore team
Provide direction / guidance and technical solution to global team
Actively involved in Design review, Code Review, Prepare cutover / migration plan
Successful candidates would have :
Total 10-15 Years of experience in IAM Area with min 8 of years' experience especially in designing and implementing solutions in the Identity Access Management, and Cybersecurity fields.
Relevant experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation
Very good experience and knowledge of Identity and Access management, Provisioning, Governance, Life Cycle Management (LCM) and Compliance
Very good experience in automating the application integrations with SailPoint, ServiceNow
Good experience in Test planning and design, System Integration Testing, UAT and production support
Must have WEB Services development experience (SOAP, REST) on Heterogeneous platforms and technologies
Knowledge covering workflow design / implementations, provisioning process, adapter / agent configuration deployment
Experience working with directories (LDAP, AD, Azure)
Must have strong .Net / Java / J2EE / PowerShell / and general development background

Entitlement Catalog - Roles, Reports and Rules
Tasks (Aggregation / Refresh / Perform Maintenance)
Highly skilled on Sailpoint IIQ Provisioning concepts :
Provisioning Object Mode
Custom Connectors
Connector / Integration Architecture
Workflow and Dashboard Quick Links
Generating Work items
Lifecycle Manager (LCM) Configuration, Events. workflows etc.
