Web.com is one of the largest and most exciting internet services and online marketing companies in the world. We are seeking a self-motivated and driven experienced high volume recruiter to join our talent acquisition team.
We need your creativity and enthusiasm. In this role, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment of various roles.
The environment is extremely fast paced and the roles range from call-center level employees to Directors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Work to identify and attract top talent in the marketplace.
Creatively search and source for candidates across multiple locations using job boards, internet searches, direct sourcing, networking, and other methods.
Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process and partner with various managers at Web.com to actively recruit talent.
Partner with hiring leaders and team members to ensure an overall awesome candidate experience.
Develop pro-active recruitment strategies in partnership with HR talent leaders to anticipate, plan, and recruit for future business needs.
Stay current with talent and the competitor landscape in order to inform decision-making regarding talent acquisition.
Strategize with recruiting leadership team to deliver on recruiting plans.
Job Qualifications / Experience Required :
3 or more years of high-volume recruiting experience required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work at a high pace with competing and changing priorities.
Effective interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be capable and willing to perform daily administrative tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Able to influence and build strong business partnerships.
Experience using applicant tracking systems.
Ability to drive projects and build relationships with team, hiring managers, and leadership.
