Job summary

  • Press the Manufacturing team in analyzing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluate, with operations and engineering staff, the corrective measures to be taken in order to '' constantly increase the performance of equipment and product.
  • Prepare, coordinate and lead problem-solving activities in a context of continuous improvement.
  • Liaise between all stakeholders through the different initiatives.

  • Implement various projects to improve production processes in different manufacturing sectors.
  • Demonstrate leadership, initiative, good ability to manage priorities as well as great adaptability, in addition to a good judgment ent.

  • Advise and offer support to teams from different manufacturing sectors in achieving objectives
  • Develop the manufacturing processes.
  • Establish the working methods.
  • Ensure the implementation of industrialization projects.
  • Train employees on various aspects related to their work and monitor them.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers.
  • Apply Lean concepts in all its tasks.
  • Coordinate activities relating to several projects.
  • Your strengths

  • Recognized certification of 'A Black or Green Lean title is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, or in any other relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge and practical experience of Lean production and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to successfully implement the principles continuous improvement or value-added production.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and mastery of process analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and communication skills change management.
  • Team spirit, initiative and determination.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Access and Visio).
  • Experience in group facilitation (Kaizen type).
  • Experience in process improvement.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
  • Certification PMP an asset.

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or any other relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in the field of manufacturing.
  • Practical experience with and knowledge of Lean production and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to implement the principles of continuous improvement or value- added production in a successful manner.
  • Knowledge of the principles of project management and mastery of process analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills.
  • Team spirit, initiative, determination.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Access and Visio).
  • Experience in leading groups (Kaizen style) .
  • Experience with process improvement.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is essential.
  • PMP certification considered an asset.
