Manage the Email, Mobile, Paid Media, SEO, and Acquisition initiatives
Lead the day-to-day management of email operations including project management, build, QA, deployment, and reporting
Drive and make recommendations regarding how to most effectively engage customers within digital channels (cadence, frequency, trigger program, welcome series, etc.)
Responsible for development and execution of a segmented marketing strategy in conjunction with operations team
Apply email and digital marketing best practices to determine new opportunities that will improve patient / customer experience and engagement
Manage monthly digital calendar and analyze key performance
Capture hindsight program performance and identify key learnings to impact future initiatives
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to launch and develop new initiatives
Manage ad hoc digital marketing projects from concept development through execution email marketer.
What we’re looking for
3-5 years experience in email marketing and CRM programs
Mailchimp experience or other email marketing platforms
Segmentation and CRM experience
Demonstration of collaborative leadership and crisp execution
