The Division manufactures, converts and markets a huge selection of paper products, such as hand towels, bathroom tissue, facial tissue, napkins, paper towels, wipers and dispensers for the North American away-from-home and consumer products markets.

The Group has more than 2,200 employees and operates seven manufacturing plants, nine conversion plants and four plants with both manufacturing and conversion facilities.

Your challenge! Our Granby plant is looking for a continuous improvement engineer to join its team. You have expertise in the field and want to take on stimulating challenges as part of a dynamic team, this is your chance!Job Responsibilities Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Continuous Improvement Engineer will work on improving operations, in collaboration with the production and maintenance teams.

  • The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for : Manage continuous improvement projects;Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations;
  • Support and accompany teams in the implementation of projects;Participate in problem solving;Facilitate meetings and communicate information to teams;
  • Contribute to the achievement of operational objectives.Desired experience The Continuous Improvement Engineer must have the following qualifications : Hold a Bachelor'
  • s degree in chemical, industrial or mechanical engineering;Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment;
  • Master the principles of Lean manufacturing;Good analytical and problem-solving skills;Demonstrate leadership and be an excellent communicator;
