Job Purpose

Perform coordination and support activities within the department, in line with EnerSys policy, that focuses on the implementation, monitoring, and improvement in order to minimize departmental risks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides general support to a Planning department.
  • Focused on helping Specialist and managers accomplish planning related tasks.
  • Assist with nearly all programs and services that relate to the planning division.
  • Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar position
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in planning, public administration or a related field
  • Knowledge of planning principles and practices
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software programs, which may include Microsoft Office, Internet applications, etc.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of principles and practices of research and data collection
  • Statistical, algebraic, or geometric knowledge and ability to apply such knowledge in practical situations
  • General Job Requirements

  • This position will work in an office setting, expect minimal physical demands.
