The Yardi Software Solution Manager will build and manage the team that will service our client’s Yardi software application.
This role has the following mandate :
Lead and manage the research, planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions and enhancements to meet the needs of the business.
Provide maintenance and support for existing applications.
Provide technical advice, high level design, and solutions to the team.
Create and maintain an effective QA / Testing methodology and protocol.
Oversee the planning, coordination, and management of all activities related to the integration of software applications, and third-party solutions, as required to meet the business’ needs.

use and share knowledge.
The Yardi Software Solution Manager manages a team of three direct reports that are responsible to assist the Manager in delivering on these responsibilities as well as responsibilities for other key processes.
Other responsibilities may be assigned as necessary to accommodate vacancies within the organization.
Knowledge & Experience
At least eight years of experience in solution building roles of increasing responsibility and scope
Minimum of two years working in a hands-on management role
At least four years of Yardi Real Estate Solutions
Good understanding of basic business processes (e.g., finance, sales)
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Project management experience
