Job Description

Administrative and Accounting Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative and Accounting Assistant to provide administrave and accounting support in our head office located in North York.

This position will report to the Director of Operationas and perform the folloiwing administrative functions

  • Independently respond to basic inquiries and escalate complex queries to the appropriate parties
  • Perform special projects, tasks when assigned
  • Prepare reconciliation, analysis summaries, and reports
  • Answer incoming enquires from both internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain detailed analysis
  • Prepare invoices, and follow up to verify and ensure that payments are completed.
  • Prepare excel reports based on requirements
  • Assist the payroll administrator with data entry, audit and documentation
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Requirements

  • Completion of post-secondary Certificate or Diploma
  • Advanced Excel, Vlookup, Data Matching
  • Word : Mail Merge, Data Files to merge letters
  • PPT : Embedding data to slides and update automatically
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multi task
  • Work independently, without close supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interface with PMs and other store personnel
  • Ability to ask for help when required
