  • Work with the SS&C project team to gather the Client’s business requirements for : Onboarding and management of Client accounts Cash, transaction and holdings reconciliations between counterparties and SS&C software Performance, Composites, and Attribution calculations and reporting Daily and / or monthly internal and client reporting Implement efficient business processes to support the client’s operations Document a detailed (step by step) playbook for each Client’s operations Document changes in Client’s workflow from current state to future state of operations Document a production calendar reflecting the client’s critical check points, task completion and timelines Work with project team and Client to implement and transition the SS&C product solution required to support the services from current state to future state of operations Assist in the preparation of project plan and performing related tasks

  • Provide training and assistance for new SS&C team members
  • Lead and manage staff, balancing workloads, and performing regular performance reviews
  • Present a positive and professional attitude with colleagues and Clients
  • Stay up to date on regulatory standards for the investment management industry in general or specific types of investments
  • Increase knowledge of SS&C products and workflows related to the GWP solution
  • Other activities as assigned by your immediate manager, or other SS&C manager or director.
  • Qualifications :

  • CFA or CMA designation required
  • 5-10 years in a leadership or management role
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Significant experience in the financial services industry
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
