As a member of our team, you will provide insight and innovative construction solutions to ensure the successful execution of various projects, such as : education facilities;
hospitals and healthcare centers; office buildings; warehouse and distribution centers; and mixed- use facilities. You will also further hone your skills operating under various delivery methods including Bid-
Build, Design-Build, Construction Management and IPD (Integrated Project Delivery).
Reporting to the General Manager - Rail, the Operations Track Manager
As an Operations Manager at Graham you will :
The successful individual must have a strong character and be willing and able to challenge the organization on its delivery and pricing methodology bringing innovative solutions to the process to increase efficiency and drive down costs
Must be willing and able to travel when required and if needed spend short periods on site to act as construction manager.
A good communicator able to give clear and concise instruction and explanation up or down the organization.
Lead the Track group in tendering, design and construction activities for LRT, Commuter Rail and Heavy Rail projects.
Carry out reviews of methodology and pricing for joint venture projects when delivery is not performed using in house resource.
Develop a team of track skilled employees able to deliver both direct fix and ballasted track including special track elements.
To be successful at Graham you will have the following qualifications and experience : Qualifications / Experience :
An appropriate degree is desirable but not essential.
10 to 15 years of experience working within a track delivery environment.
Proven and demonstratable ability to lead a team
Proven and demonstratable ability in the delivery of track and rail discipline projects within a live rail environment.
