We are currently looking to hire a team lead for our QC team!
Duties to include but not limited to :
Lead a team of QC Inspectors and manage workflows.
Oversee and monitor the inspection and testing of materials parts and products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Determining equipment and protocols to be used in the testing process.
Work under direction of the Quality Manager as necessary.
Assist in formulating and revising quality control processes and policies.
Hands on inspections and recommending changes and improvements in specifications of materials, parts and products based on inspection results
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Successfully able to lead a team (previous leadership experience is highly desired).
Experience in manufacturing is an asset.
At least 3-5 years experience in Quality Control
Strong communication and time management skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
