We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our Kelowna, BC Dealership as a Shipper and Receiver .

This is a Full Time, regular position (must be available to work weekends when required).

Shipping & Receiving is primarily responsible for sending and receiving packages from internal and external sources.

  • JOB DUTIES :

  • Control shipping and receiving of parts and accessories
  • Advise management on parts / accessory inventory levels
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Inventory counts and deal directly with Parts Manager regarding inventory status
  • Communicate with staff or departments when packages arrive
  • Storing and organizing packages until delivered or picked up
  • Writing waybills
  • Communicating with transportation companies
  • Packaging parcels for transportation
  • Assist with customer service as needed, including but not limited to counter sales, warranty and responding to customer requests by phone
  • Stock shelves
  • Some Warranty work and training will be provided
  • Any other items, as directed by the Parts Manager
  • REQUIREMENTS :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Driver’s License
  • Training will be provided but warehouse experience is an asset and preferred
  • Minimal parts knowledge an asset
