  • The Senior Developer, Digital assists in driving businessgrowth through the development of our eCommerce (CloudCraze) and Salesforceapplications.

    This platform will be a core element of customer experience andinteraction. You will seek out continuous efficiencies through the DevOps cycleand the implementation of new tools and technologies, in coordination with oureCommerce Manager and Digital Marketers.

    This role will be responsible for providing a friction-freeexperience for customer and internal teams through the development and supportof digital direct sales platforms including web, social, and mobile elements.

    You will delight in ensuring aligned customer experience of the Digitalplatforms with all other digital customer facing touchpoints.

    This role plays an integral role in establishing thedevelopment processes for the company, working closely with business analysts,marketing and leadership to install a digital online strategy for driving salesand delivering an on-brand experience.

    RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Design and implementation of integration services of digital platforms including Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce and Mobile Apps
  • Ensuring optimized code management for customer experience
  • Understanding of the evolving eCommerce ecosystem and keep the business nimble and agile with its evolution
  • Maintaining alignment between web and mobile experiences
  • Staying current on best practices inDevelopment, QA and lifecycle of the DevOps on all code bases
  • Ensure adherence to operational policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with all Rumi teams to ensure successful execution of customer service for products and services.
  • Ability to respond to and proactively follow up on urgent customer concerns and system incident management.
  • Implement a strong code governance and dev to production program
  • Contribute positively to a high performing,responsive development team
  • Understand and help guide the future of RUMI based on digital platforms at a management level
  • Listen and work with other teams to ensure agile and responsive evolution of technology and sales cycle
  • Stay abreast of business, industry and global trends and understand the impact of those changes on the business and technology in ATCO
  • Contribute to a team of highly motivateddevelopers, architects and UX resources
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Entrepreneurial mindset Results & Profit oriented - with a desire to create or build to support a business
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce web and mobile coding for responsive design
  • Business mindset with very good numerical &analytical skills, and project management skills with the ability to managemultiple projects, creating efficiencies and economies of scale
  • Excellent analytical and problem solvingskills, an excellent organizational and planning skills and animprovement-focused mind able to challenge the norm
  • Communication skills are critical. Both verbal and written communication skills will be essential in producing the results required for the role.

  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science orComputer Engineering
  • Minimum 7 yearsof relevant experience is required
  • Significant experience in Salesforce, Cloudcraze and Adobe Experience Manager
  • Experience working in a retail environment,business management or a combination of both
  • Preference will be given to an applicant withexperience with Salesforce, Shopify, ShipStation or other e-commerce platforms
