Your opportunityOur Ottawa office is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join Management Consulting, and own the following responsibilities : Provide general administrative support to Management Consulting Partners (scheduling, vacation / timesheet monitoring & follow-up, HR tasks, sales and contract support)Provide ongoing administrative support to the Management Consulting team including, proposals, presentations, meeting minutesResponsible for the ongoing management support of key performance indicators such as CRM and revenue forecasting updates on behalf of Management Consulting PartnersQuality management of paper and electronic files such as scanning and embedding documentationAssist the team with financial monitoring and support (AR, monthly revenue, create and validate monthly invoices, fee variance review / resolution)Local marketing supportHow do we define success for your role?

    You have the ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasksYou are able to work quickly and take on more responsibilities over timeYou have the ability to work in a deadline-driven work setting and deal with confidential informationYou have strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills both written and oral.
