Requirements

·Previous telephone experience/call center experience

·Experience and knowledge of MS Office

Greatcommunication skills via phone, online chat, and email

·Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Expertise intele/online sales with excellent customer service skills

Relationshipmanagement skills and openness to feedback
