Position : HR Generalist

Responsibilities will include :
Administer and maintain policy updates
Support management and employees on HR initiatives
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries and requests
Conduct full lifecycle recruitment process
Support with on-boarding and off-boarding process throughout the business
Ensuring compliance with all employment-related laws and regulations
Support the development and administration of benefit and compensation programs
Support people management, employee relations, and performance objectives
Provide advice and monitor progressive discipline process, implementation of performance improvement plans and conduct investigations
Maintain employee files and records as required
Promote and implement workplace occupational health and safety by establishing policies and conducting OHS committee meetings
Maintaining and complying with industry regulations
Conducting in-house health and safety and risk assessments
Chair and coordinate safety meetings
About you :
Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration with 3-5 years of related experience; CPHR designation or equivalent is preferred
Strong knowledge of HR concepts, practices and methods
Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a commitment to high quality work
Great communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
Strong interest in CSR
Dynamic and flexible individual
