Job Summary :

You are a social media expert with a creative and analytical approach to your craft. We?re looking for somebody experienced and comfortable with shaping and leading the global social media strategy as well as preparing the company to enter new emerging markets, setting them up for success on social! A visionary in the digital space that can drive a strategy and utilise the platforms in order to bring our community and product to life online.

You report to our Creative Lead and work closely with the Campaign Strategist, creative teams and key contacts in the markets to meet the needs of the business and our online users.

Qualifications Core Accountabilities :

You develop and lead the social media strategy, ideation and development of content across all social media channels

You manage and develop the skills of two social media interns

You work cross-functionally with the campaign strategist and markets? marketing teams and key stakeholders

You brief in and manage the production of content and purposeful social copy and ensure consistent activity and community management of the channels

You capture, measure and are accountable for reporting on the success of your team?s work and key KPI?s

You uphold best practices, emerging markets and implement emerging technology and opportunities to innovate in the space

You manage the advertising spend and budgets for evergreen global and market specific social media ads

You are experienced in producing and managing paid social media advertising with specific focus on Facebook ads (prospecting and retargeting)

You are responsible for managing best in class community management of all social channels

Required Skills :

Bachelor?s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or extensive work experience in a digital marketing role

Experience with multi-channel digital marketing, inclusive of social media management and strategy experience, ideally with a global brand

Advanced knowledge and experience using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube Pinterest and Linkedin

Some experience of managing is beneficial but not a necessity - this can be developed in this role

Creative chops ? you know how to lead and deliver quality content - effectively writing briefs and communicating to designers and copywriters when necessary

Hands on experience using management and analytics tools including Hootsuite, Facebook Insights, Google Analytics

Experience reporting on analytics and setting and delivering to KPI?s

Strong writing skills
