Responsible for the in-year and 3 year P&L for all B2B TV services
Work on the analysis, recommendation and introduction of new Business Solutions services and products.
Own your products’ evolution, customer experience and strategy.
Lead and manage the transformation of our TV services to IP based solutions and customer propositions
Build and manage market competitive pricing across segments and markets including SMB, mid-market and bulk (multi outlet customers).
Develop and maintain a Business TV Roadmap and product plans.
Contributing to retention, up sell, cross sell and acquisition campaigns by product, portfolio and segments.
Briefing collateral, sales training material and positioning for external communications.
Lead / Manage projects to launch improvements to the Business Solutions product portfolio.
Define product value proposition for all customer segments.
Participate in and contribute to the strategic planning and budgeting process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Commerce
A Master’s of Business Administration is an asset
Experience in the telecom, media, software or related industries preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management and / or marketing
B2B experience is important
Multimedia or TV expertise, ideally in a business to business (B2B) context, is an asset
IP network and Managed Services or SaaS (software as a service) experience is an asset
