Accountabilities : .
Prepare Sales and Marketing Plan, Prepare Forecast by period for Fiscal Year, Preparation of Sales Budget.
Development of and creation of menus established with Service Standard all in collaboration with Executive Chef
Development of commercial agreements, and negotiations with vendors. Market analysis done in comparison with competitors regarding pricing, promotion / publicity, distribution and communication.
Coordinate, plan and organize activities and projects, ensure the exact communication chain of information t each relevant department.
Contract negotiation, proposal preparation. Ensure client satisfaction during and after events and manage guest complaints, if necessary.
Manage customer accounts and establish a long-lasting relationship.
Participation in tradeshows and represent company in segmented associations events, business community and government instances.
Manage and implement policies, programmes and activities of the Sales and Catering Service in collaboration with related employees and Museum Management.
Human resources management of the Sales and Catering department. Hiring of personnel, motivation, training, task delegation, scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict management.
Manage financial resources, Cost controls (inventories, purchasing, negotiating with vendors, etc.)
Growth and Development :
5+ year experience in hotel sales and other related industries;
Hotel management Bac or College degree (asset);
Excellent organisational skills, meticulous, strategic and autonomous;
Perfectly bilingual, both written and spoken;
Excellent communication skills(written and spoken) and in negotiation;
Result driven dynamic and motivated personality;
Full time schedule.
