Position SummaryReporting to the Group Leader, the incumbent will work within a team dedicated to the characterization of cellular (ELISPOT and various flow cytometry assays such as PBMC phenotyping, and the detection of intracellular cytokines, etc.

Main responsibilities : Perform tests according to current proceduresManage reagent orders and inventory required to perform assaysParticipate in the joint technical management of the laboratoryRespect laboratory’s current standards, apply quality system procedures and participate in the implementation and improvement of quality documents Required skills and experienceBachelor's degree in biology, medical biology or equivalent1 to 3 years of laboratory experienceSolid theoretical and practical knowledge of immunology related techniques is requiredExperience with the execution of ELISpot and ELISA assays a mustExperience in cell culture and manipulation of infectious material in BL2 + environment is an assetStrong organizational skillsBe motivated to actively participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of the laboratory processAbility to work within a normative framework (GLP) and apply sound document management practices (SOP)Knowledge of written English is a must and French communication skills an asset Work conditionsRotating schedules between evening and weekend shifts : EVENING : Monday to Friday, from 1 : 00 pm to 9 : 00 pmWEEKEND : Wednesday to Friday, from 1 : 00 pm to 9 : 00 pm AND Saturday to Sunday, from 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pmShare JobiFrame #17 starts hereURL >
